Koester & Bradley Champaign County Personal Injury and Accident Lawyers

Koester & Bradley, LLP A Serious Law Firm Practicing Personal Injury Law in Champaign County Since 1895

Champaign County with a population of 201,801 is the tenth-most populous county in Illinois.  This large population is due to the fact that the University of Illinois' flagship campus is located in the cities of Champaign and Urbana.  It is located in the East Central Illinois and its only two cities are the twin cities, Champaign and Urbana.  Champaign County also includes the following villages and towns:  Bondville, Broadlands, Fisher, Foosland, Gifford, Homer, Ivesdale, Longview, Ludlow, Mahomet, Ogden, Pesotum, Philo, Rantoul, Royal, Sadorus, Savoy, Sidney, St. Joseph, Thomasboro, and Tolono.

Due to the relatively large population, Champaign County is a crossroads of sorts for highway traffic and is the stage for many automobile accidents.  Many of these are actually Semi Tractor Trailer accidents due to the fact that Interstate 57, Interstate 74, and Interstate 72 all cross through Champaign-Urbana.  Additionally, Champaign County is home to many country roads which represent a significant threat to drivers with high corn, few stop signs, and heavy farming equipment.

Champaign County also boats some of the best hunting, fishing, and sporting settings in Central Illinois which means plentiful ATV's on the trails.  For this reason, ATV accidents are frequent and Koester & Bradley has been focusing on represented those injured by ATV's (Yamaha, Honda, John Deere) for years.

Urbana is the county seat of Champaign County and is home to the Champaign County Courthouse and the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.  Koester & Bradley, Champaign County's serious injury law firm, also calls Champaign home as has since 1895.

If you are a resident of Champaign County, or just a visitor passing through on the road, Koester & Bradley have provided the information below as a guide to medical care and the justice system if you or a loved on is injured.  As always, feel free to reach out to Tom Koester or Ryan Bradley with any questions you may have about preserving your rights in Champaign County.
